All hats are shipped via Ground Shipping unless otherwise requested. Insurance is included and tracking numbers are emailed to you after the hat has shipped. Priority Mail and Express Mail are available upon request. To receive a quote for Priority Mail and Express Mail, please contact us at email@example.com. At times, shipping may be less than what was charged. If this occurs, any overpaid shipping charges, less handling fees, are refunded.
Please keep in mind, most hats are made-to-order and take approximately 2-4 weeks to ship.
Ready-made: All unworn ready-made hats are returnable if postmarked within 7 days of the date of delivery. Shipping is not refundable. Please contact us for an RA number before returning your hat. Returns that do not include an RA number, or are worn, are not accepted.
Custom orders: Custom orders are not returnable. If sizing adjustments are needed, please contact us for a quote.
Payment is accepted via PayPal. All hats are shipped to the PayPal address provided. If your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to see if the shipment can be stopped.
Wholesale is not available at this time.
